Roman A. Muselík, a co-founder of the cult Bratrstvo (Brotherhood) group, has worked with photography prior to the group’s foundation. His gloomy social portraits and visions, returning to the legacy of the toughest times of communist totalitarianism, anticipate the subsequent aesthetics of the Bratrstvo group that has become an iconic example of Czech postmodern photography. The exhibition will include archival materials from the history of the Bratrstvo group.
