The Reading Room project will present a wide range of books related to this year’s theme of cultura natura, from eco-activist books to theoretical studies on environmental issues, the Anthropocene, politics and gender in art linked to the preservation of nature, to exhibition catalogues and photo-publications representing both classical and contemporary photographers. Photography magazines such as Camera Austria and European Photography, and texts by the authors who will speak at the festival such as T. J. Demos, Philippe Descola, Maja&Reuben Fowkes, etc. will also be included.

23 Oct – 4 pm Meeting with 3 gallerists who exhibit in unusual and out-of-the-way galleries Sam 83, Galerie Nashledanou, Galerie KABINET Střítež and UM UM Festival
1 Nov– 4 pm 3 x 3 student portfolios – 3 students from 3 departments of photography present their portfolios
